1) Arrival time 15.00hrs (3pm) at the commencement of your holiday. With a departure time of 10.00 am. Please return the keys to key holder at the end of your holiday.

2) No more than the maximum sleeping capacity of the caravan is allowed at any time. This is to comply with the fire and safety regulations. More people in the caravan than the number of berth can also make for an uncomfortable time for all. Any infringement of this rule will result in the immediate loss of your holiday with no monies refunded.

3) We understand that accidents do occur and we try to cover as much as possible. If any of your party does have an accident please could you replace the item if it's something small? If it's a large item and this is not possible, please inform key holder before the end of your stay they will arrange replacement and send you the bill.

4) Our caravan is cleaned to a very high standard; we believe that all guests have the right to expect such a service. To help us achieve such a very high standard, all our guests agree to take care of the caravan, and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday.

5) We love pets and understand that a pet is part of the family. Please confirm before booking if you are bringing a pet. Dogs are £5 per night. We ask that dogs are kept on a lead due to the caravan being in an agricultural area. Please do NOT leave dogs in the caravan unattended.

6) Smoking is NOT allowed in our caravan or within the grounds of the caravan. If you do smoke please do so on the road outside of the caravan area.

7) Only those named on the completed booking form are entitled to occupy the accommodation you booked. You and the members of your party must observe the rules at all times.

8) Owners cannot accept liability for any injury, loss of damage suffered by you or any member of your party:

WHEN A BOOKING IS MADE

Once your booking form has been signed and returned with deposit, an agreement has been made with you and the caravan owner. Upon Return of your booking form a Min £100 deposit is to be paid to reserve the caravan and date (please note this is a non-refundable deposit) Payment must be paid 14 days before holiday date, unless other arrangements have been made.
